Project lead on redesign of Netscape Download, Netcenter's highest traffic area. Managed design, business and engineering teams through the development of a consistent user experience and integrated back-end applicable across download and e-commerce programs.
- Analyzed existing software distribution processes across Netcenter, its competitors and the industry
- Led design team development of front-end and functionality specifications for new download model
- Managed development of technical specifications with multiple web and product engineering teams
- Wrote proposal and gained buy-in for new download model from senior management
- Produced daily updates to Download, including the Communicator 4.5, 4.51, and SmartDownload releases
- Coordinated updates to Netscape Product Archive, a library of all software versions, platforms and languages.
