Design Director
Cyborganic's Design Director will craft and cultivate the look of the Gardens, develop collateral materials for Cyborganic on both sides of the screen, and oversee the design aspects of all outside production jobs. As a small startup, Cyborganic requires a broad range of management, production, and design skills for this position. Applicants should be experienced managing other designers and fluent in the art of bandwidth-conscious Web design. This is a hands-on design and production position that also includes management responsibilities and a voice in Cyborganic's future growth. Applicants should be able to elaborate on the vision of the Gardens articulated by Tricia McGillis, our departing Design Director. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools of the trade essential. Intimate familiarity with the working of the Web is a must.

Administrative Assistant
Cyborganic needs a phone answerer, meeting maker, and problem solver to cut through the craziness surrounding life at an Internet startup. Other duties may include organizing Thursday Night Dinners, handling details of Web construction projects, and assisting other Cyborganics in their varied duties. The successful candidate will be Mac-literate, organized, and dedicated to helping Cyborganic grow. This is an entry-level position for someone interested in growing with the company.

Unless otherwise noted, these are full-time, on-site positions in a small (but rapidly growing) company in San Francisco. If you meet these qualifications, and are excited about building a place for people on the Web, send an ASCII resume and cover letter to, with the title of the job you are applying for in the subject line.
